Promotion and development of the Russian-speaking community Phore
I propose allocating $ 5,000 PHR to create the Phore Blockchain Russian Community Development Fund.
These funds will be used to write 100 articles about the Phore Blockchain project.
What is it for?

I bought Phore cryptocurrency for $ 2.5 last 2018.
As we know from the Austrian economic school, the drop in the value of any product or asset is a consequence of a drop in demand. This follows from the well-known economic theory about supply and demand curves.

Today we already have an excellent team of Phore developers who have created an excellent product for applying cryptocurrency in real life, namely the decentralized trading platform Phore Marketplace.
And the only drawback that prevents the growth in demand for Phore cryptocurrency is its insufficient promotion among potential customers.
In other words, we need to concentrate our efforts on raising awareness of the Phore Blockchain project.
How to do it?
I propose creating a community of people who will first translate articles from English into national languages, and then write their own unique articles.
You can start, for example, with the promotion of the Phore Blockchain project among Russian-speaking people. There are about 166 million such people in the world.
